Shipping Costs

• All offers are subject to change and product availability. There is no requirement that purchase orders be accepted.
• All prices are quoted in EUR (euro).
• All prices for orders with a delivery address inside the EU include german VAT (19%). Orders with a delivery address outside the EU are exempt from VAT. In this case we suggest you to check well in advance the custom and tax regulations for import of goods from the EU to your country .
• Partial delivery and partial services are legaly admissable.
  Insofar as nothing else is agreed on, the consignment will be sent from the Karaoke Kalk warehouse to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser.
 If you order goods for delivery overseas you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes.
 Delivery dates are without commitment. Withdrawal from the contract because of delivery delays is not admissible.

Delivery

• Delivery to Germany within seven days.
• If a delivery delay comes to our attention, we will inform you by writing an email.
• A recievement is is to be considered as refused, if you refuse a delivery or if you ignore or forget to pick-up a delivery in time. Please notice the terms and conditions of Hermes and Deutsche Post AG.
