we didn’t care “Live at the Low End” is a four-song set captured in single takes at the artist’s own workspace, raw and immediate to retain a vivid, in-the-moment character. The title “Live at the Low End” is intentionally left open to interpretation, playing on the low end of life, the bass register of sound, and a tongue-in-cheek nod to an imagined venue, while the music weaves guitars, bass guitar, drum machines, and voice into a deep, widescreen sound. It is a unique blend that defies direct comparison. Two tracks feature lyrics in English, “Live at the Low End” and “Sorry for Nothing,” while two tracks feature Turkish traditional lyrics arranged by we didn’t care, “Dostum” and “Dere Geliyor.”

The EP threads indie, folk, and electronic into a minimal yet driven pulse.
