Golden Diskó Ship releases new single “Prepare To Be Born” and announces tour.

Inspired by Wes Anderson’s surreal film Asteroid City, the song unfolds in a steady creative flow: emerging from a weightless, almost otherworldly moment, it builds towards an euphoric finale carried by a multi-layered call-and-response hymn.

“Prepare To Be Born” is released one day before the start of a series of Golden Diskó Ship concerts across Germany and Austria. For the shows, she is joined by media artist Paula Reissig. Reissig expands the live sets with interactive visuals and presents a custom-developed remix game that allows the audience to playfully rearrange musical elements from Golden Diskó Ship’s songs. Following selected concerts, she will invite audiences to take part in workshops where they can try out the remix game themselves.
